Terraform
TERRAFORM is an artist-in-residency program on the island of Samsø in the danish Kattegat sea. TERRAFORM wants to convey and support innovative artistic practice that is both sustainable and communal. The perspective of the project is to establish permanent workshops for art production with an associated residency program on Samsø, where international artists have the opportunity to enter into dialogue with the island community. In close collaboration with local actors and institutions, the project wants to create a framework in which work can be done in solidarity and art produced locally, with available materials, methods and techniques.
